For a Manufacturer Company of machines and equipment for surface finishing with focus on the metal industry, we are looking for:
Sales manager Italy, who will have the responsibility to plan and to lead all sales activities in the Italian market in accordance with instructions and guidance from the Headquarters.
Furthermore to maintain the company's working practices, sales recording and sales databases. To record and manage the Italian sales and marketing and to work in an own sales territory.
There will be the opportunity to grow and to take over further responsibility in administration.

- Working experience as a Sales Manager and as Sales Representative
- Experience in guiding and motivating people
- Team player, dynamism, flexibility, target oriented, hands-on
- Analytically, planning and organizational skills
- Know How in selling direct to professional end-users, resellers and wholesale
- English or German fluent spoken and written
- Live in the region of Bergamo
In addition the candidate should have:
- Experience in marketing (promotions, exhibitions, internet) and demonstration abilities
- A customer base in the metal industry
- Technical background/work experience in metalworking
